The Company that owns the Processing Mill in Blanding Utah spend millions a few years back to reopen this Plant after being closed by the Energy Department years ago after the Mines Closed mostly for Health Reasons to the Paiute Tribes in the Area.

Owners of the Plant are a Mining and Exploration Company base in Denver. And as we have seen,the EPA as well as the State of Utah have eliminated any EPA both State and Federal Clean Air or water contamination rules. Knowing the Area in and around Bears Ears,first,the pay load is relatively close to the surface. The overburden is mostly silt made up of Ryolite and Volcanic Sands which are similiar to Coal Dust in reaction with the prevailing Winds. Who lives down wind,Native Americans and the City of Page Arizona. and Moab Utah.
