Judge throws out ethics case against President Trump

The group claimed Trump's "vast, complicated and secret" business interests are causing conflicts of interest and violate the U.S. Constitution. A nonprofit restaurant group, a woman who books events at D.C. hotels, and a New York hotel and restaurant owner later joined the ethics group as plaintiffs.

But U.S. District Judge George Daniels said in a decision Thursday that the plaintiffs did not have legal standing to bring the suit. He granted a motion by the Department of Justice to dismiss the case.

2. Clinton appointee

Daniels was nominated by President Bill Clinton on August 5, 1999 to a seat on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, vacated by Robert P. Patterson, Jr.. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on February 24, 2000, and received his commission on March 9, 2000.

7. And The Law On That Seems Quite Settled

Maybe it would have worked as a class action with the American people being the class, but i think this judge had no choice.
