This is a re-post for my President. A long, long time ago I posted this. So long ago this President gave us hope. A President that did not whine and wail that he inherited a mess...an economy that had near collapsed due to Republican control. Obama did not sit down on a toilet to tweet vulgar and inappropriate comments every morning. He did not sit in a chair and watch Faux News 8 hours a day while consuming super sized meals at MickieDs. He did not spend his time 24-7 destroying peoples healthcare, a child's care, snaps...elderly care the f**king term for entitlements...SS MEDICARE AND MEDICAID!!!! Which is a program that we have all paid into for our entire life. Fuck dotard and his white privilege. A PROGRAM THAT ONE PAYS INTO FOR OVER 50 YEARS IS NOT AN ENTITLEMENT!

Its been a tough week for all of us - no one more so than our President. As I've watched him battle the tears over the loss of our babies only to have to switch gears to take on the lunatic fringe in Congress, I've been spending some time thinking about how grateful I am that he is willing to represent us by taking this all on. I can't imagine another human being I'd rather have in the White House at this moment in history.

And your smile, with which we watch you do gracious battle with unjust characterizations, distortions and lies, is that expression of healthy self-worth, spirit and soul, that, kept happy and free and relaxed, can find an answering smile in all of us, lighting our way, and brightening the world.
