Will voters blame Democrats despite being in the minority in both houses.
For me personally, I don't care about the blame as much as I do about the impact on people relying on federal checks in their mail.
Do we have a moral obligation to prevent shutdown?

The moral obligation to remove Drumpf is more important than the moral obligation to keep the money flowing to people the Repukes want to screw out of it anyway. A shutdown would be a good demonstration of what Ryan's vision for the country looks like.
