anything stopping a Democratic controlled house AND senate (2018)from
forcing tRump to testify before them? even if he takes the 5th? i know we won't have votes to impeach BUT get him for lying under oath!

1. Only takes a majority in the US House of Representatives to impeach.
It's conviction in the US Senate by 2/3 majority that's the tough one. By comparison, impeachment is a piece of cake.

6. No, he would refuse to testify citing executive privilege.
Ultimately Congress has no means to force his compliance, they could refer a contempt citation to the US Attorney's office...but they would be rather unlikely to act. It could always be an article of impeachment...
