You could have two people with identical weight - 1 with a lot of muscle mass will appear much leaner than one whose muscles have atrophied (as a man who is Trump's age and does not exercise) and replaced that muscle with fat. The latter will appear larger than the toned man. That is why you can be thin and still carry too much body fat. That may explain a small part of this. The rest of the explanation is that his stated weight is pure bullshit.

i always wondered if we'd ever see the medical records, and when the Dr "misspelled" his name i knew it was coming. They were going to release a fake report to make Trump sound healthy. Yes I'm sure a 71 year old man that drinks 12 cokes a day and loves fast food is the picture of physical health.
