They seduce, charm, threaten, black mail.

They often entice people into wrong doing, and use that to hold over their heads.

The doctor seemed quite taken with Trump, charmed with him.

That, drawing blood and other routine tests are delegated to lower ranking enlisted personnel. It would not be hard for IQ45 to intimidate the E-2 into writing down the weight he wanted.

That said, I think it is really telling that tRump has to lie about even so small a thing as his weight. It's not like it's not obvious he's obese. Comparisons of men of comparable height and reported weight are easy to come by.
