She knows I email and call Cotton, Boozman and Womack (3 winners, huh) on a regular basis and she's sure that I'm on some kind of watch list.

concerning immigration and DACA. Called dozens of times.

Sad, I didn't get a cease and desist letter, just his standard dumbs**t letters.

First Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Cotton IS the government. He's also a Senator, and is part of Congress. He cannot do what he is doing. Period. People should continue. Let him attempt to take legal action. The highest law of the land rules here.

He can throw them away unopened. But he cannot demand that people not write to him or call. The minimum that should lead to is censure by the Senate for unconstitutional actions.
