McConnell mumbles, coughs, and stutters incomprehensible gobbledygook blaming party not in power

Let McConnell talk and talk — he is the least charismatic politician on earth (maybe I’m exaggerating but he’s SO horrible). Then Rubio tries to give a campaign speech after...sigh. The clown show! As they show the turtle on cnn and fox he stutters and mumbles and makes incomprehensible hopelessly garbled statements blaming Schumer for everything

He is seriously negative on the charisma scale. Let him talk as he makes the republicans look more and more inept and incompetent. His speaking ability is so poor that Fox is now having to translate what he said (I mean they are actually explaining what should have been clear — it’s hilarious)

It was the Republicans’ fault in 1995-96 and they controlled Congress but not the presidency. It was the Republicans’ fault in 2013 and they controlled the House but not the Senate or presidency. It’s the Republicans’ fault now and they control it all. It’s just always their fault.
