They had one of the Watergate prosecutors, and they were saying that there are several memos (like from Ken Starr!) saying that a president can indeed be indicted by a grand jury. He might not be able to be prosecuted yet, but he can be indicted. There's this big surrender-- "The president can't be prosecuted!" when it sounds like in fact that's not settled at all.

We know the VICE PRESIDENT can be indicted (Spiro Agnew), after all. Nixon resigned (and was pardoned) before he was indicted. Clinton was impeached (probably couldn't have been indicted because the evidence was so lacking). But has this really been tested? no. And it was indeed assumed during Watergate that Nixon could be indicted while in office-- that was one of the reasons he resigned.

Without cutting taxes there will be no relief of the tax burden this puts on residents. However cutting taxes will reduce revenues and likely created deficits in the state budget. It's not much about the tax cuts, it's how they TARGETED them to hurt democratic states.

Mueller did indict Manafort and Gates and got a guilty plea from Papadopoulos so it might happen.
