So most likely, the WH called Nunes who ran down there and picked up the memo and brought it back to the Committee.

The WH did this and now DOJ is against it. Looks like another count of Obstruction.

Here's proof of conspiracy.

We need to know who was all involved in this blatant attempt at obstruction

We want names!

Who was in the WH at the time it was written?

He works in the Bigotry Division, and I think this memo would be more the province of their Obstruction Division. There is a lot of overlap, of course - these are versatile assholes, and all of them can wear more than one hood.

that The Memo is pure propaganda bullshit. Even worse, they agree it is purposely misleading omitting key facts...it is NOT a Nothingburger, it is a Big Liar burger with extra "cheese", side of Treason Fries.

Trump's pursuing any and all avenues to stop Mueller. This statement will enrage Trump and goad him into firing Wray and replacing him with someone who will get rid of Mueller and make the whole thing go away.

had at least one if not more people who were entangled enough in Russian intelligence's spiderweb to be under surveillance by the US government.

I suspect that the memo is going to backfire on Trump and the Republicans. Rather than create a scandal about the FBI, it is likely to cast even more doubt on the loyalty of certain Trump associates to the US.

Maybe Americans haven't read enough spy novels and don't know how people get caught in spytraps.

I don't like surveillance of American citizens, but sometimes it is justified. If a FISA court issued two FISA warrants with regard to a person, there was presumably reason to do so. That's going to look really bad for that person. I don't know the facts, but this is my reasoning.
