With apologies to Bill Maher, here is a new rule:

Republicans everywhere are forbidden to whine about Benghazi unless they can instantly rattle off--without looking it up--in what country it is to be found, and on what continent that country is.

Remember, this is a party whose sitting Vice-President publicly stated that he thought Phoenix was in California.

I realize this is old hat to us, but I saw a few streams of comments on a few sites, and they are, too, STILL whining about Benghazi.

New rule I'd like to see: at the opening of each day's session in the Senate and the House, the Republican leader, whether majority or minority, must sing the Groucho Marx song, "Whatever it is, I'm against it" every day until that is no longer true.
