3. I think they will strike out on Russian Hacking that actually made a difference in vote count. Now,

if you are talking about spreading lies about Democrats, poking around in datebases, funneling money to GOPers, etc., maybe so.

But, even if they actually found irrefutable proof, those that matter in future elections -- that is, those that voted for trump or 3rd Party and might be converted Blue in the future -- aren't going to believe it, or even care for that matter.

Our best chance is Mueller and getting out the vote in November 2018 and electing Democrats. Rehashing 2016 at this point just makes us look like poor losers -- sorry. As far as protecting voting integrity, at this point it's really up to the states. Assuming feds could even pass legislation in time, it couldn't be implemented. We proved in Alabama and Maryland that we can win elections when we get out the vote and slug it out with the deplorables.

We need to prepare to react effectively and immediately to lies, swiftboating, etc., when it occurs. It will occur, and it won't necessarily be Ruskies. In 2016, we weren't ready -- or too complacent -- for Comey, Ruskies meddling in our elections (something we've done too), etc.
