I forgot who said it, but they said the staff is made up of yes women/men who are all incompetent, amateurs, incompetent amateurs and/or criminals.

Their job is to make Trump happy and clean up his mistakes.

Per the interview, that’s much harder to do in the White House than at Trump’s businesses.
