Porter was (is) a national security issue

He was compromised.
He was blackmailable and the White House knew this.
Same with Bill Clinton decades ago.

The salacious aspects always seem to get the press coverage and shadow other important aspects.
No, I am NOT minimizing domestic abuse. Just trying to see a bigger picture.

This was always the main reason why Clinton's actions were unacceptable.

I give a damn what two adults do in their private time. But when that is a secret that you desperately want to keep quiet then it is unacceptable.
