I see the forces starting to align.

When the Nunes/Repub Memo was being "reviewed" by the WH...

Kelly came out and said that "White House and NSA lawyers" were reviewing the Memo.

NSA?

For those who aren't familiar... the FBI can be thought of as a really good and thorough Federal "Police Department". They investigate crimes that fall under Federal jurisdiction. And of course, THIER BOSS is the DoJ.

And then there is the CIA and the NSA.

The CIA, also a civilian organization has a different BOSS... the Director of National Intelligence, Dan Coats (R)

Oh... and the DNI also controls the entire US Intelligence Community.

The DNI, Dan Coats controls 16 Intelligence Agencies and by definition he reports to the President.

Bottom line... I think Trump is using the NSA and probably the entire IC family of 16 agencies against the FBI. The NSA doesn't follw the same rules and regulations as the FBI and DoJ... it's a DoD branch and run by Admiral Rogers, reporting directly to Trump.

Look at the people.
Dan Coats, 35+ year Republican Congressman
Admiral Rogers, Clapper and Carter had both recommended to President Obama to fire him.
Mike Pompeo, Repub Tool and Brownbekistani Politician

Oh and one more nuggest of "happiness"... there's not a single email, phone call or text message that's safe from the NSA's prying digital eyes...

The FBI is under attack and it's not funny.

I am not scared, I am really, really angry!!!!! I am not afraid for my country. That is being weak. I am strong in spirit and I am pissed off. Anger brings action and I am going to fight tooth and nail any way I can for my country. I am sick and I think my refusal to die while seeing this Fucking Moron in the W House and the GOP in control is driving me to hang in there for a few more years. My family thinks so too. We are all die-hard Dems for generations. Perhaps coming from Phila (Founding Fathers, immigrants, City of Brotherly Love, etc) has something to so with it too.

We MUST fight this...it is not a choice. It is our duty as real patriots and Americans. We don't need to wrap ourselves in flags like the pseudo Americans wearing GOP suits or the Kelly's wearing military uniforms with ribbons to prove it.

fight for our country in war times. This is war, a cold war and possibly a civil war if it is allowed to continue as it has been. RESIST! REMOVE! Peace. I miss Keith Olbermann and The Resistance.

The FBI and DoJ at their heart are Democratic and dedicated to Civil Service and the NSA and the alphabelt intel agencies service the Dark Master and his Military.

As the POS in the WH has found out...dedicated Civil servants all..perhaps that is what you meant to say....

The primary purpose of NSA is the collection of foreign communications data and its analysis with regards to the security of American communications against other agencies. - While collecting this foreign communication if, as an American citizen, are not doing anything nefarious..you got nothing to worry about..if you ARE doing something wrong, just as Carter Page is finding out..then expect a knock on the door by our wonderful law enforcement...

will go along with that.

During the transition when Trump was bashing the intel community, Chuck Schumer warned him (during some interview) that he shouldn't get crosswise with the IC because they can screw him 6 ways to Sunday. (I don't remember his exact language, but this was the gist.)

So I'm counting on that. Rank and file aren't going to be quite so interested in complicity with obstruction of justice, and treasonous behaviors like letting Russia count us as one of its satellite countries.

It was perfectly obvious to me.

I meant that I didn't know if all the rank and file of the intel community would go along with collusion to drag down the FBI. AND that they (rank and file individuals or small groups) might take things into their own hands against Trump & all their plans to kill the FBI.

either....I have a habit of speaking metaphorically and doesn't always translate to the naked eye..to your point, "don't know if all the rank and file of the intel community would go along with collusion to drag down the FBI" - You are correct..that darn oath to the US Constitution seems to always be getting in the way...as the POS in WH is finding out....

See you on the flip side...figuratively speaking this time, of course..

Snowden now lives in a Russian KGB/FSB safe house and everything he tweets is authorized by the Russians.

Our NSA does a lot to protect America, and other countries work hard to discredit the NSA.

Be careful repeating attack talking points of America's enemies.

Also remember the Russian disinformation guideline - 90% truth, only 10% fake and lies. (cite: Molly McKew).

NSA is a prime target of the right in America and their russian allies. Why? Because they have dirt on the president.

Schindler has also been a target of disinformation. He was also targeted by a sex dangle online (honeypot). Read a few of the articles on his site or at the Observer to get a sense of where he comes from.
