No license required to hunt humans. Ducks and Geese are protected game birds. Humans, not so much.

There are, however, criminal punishments for duck hunters who violate the game laws. Your point is not taken.

more value than ducks. Punishment is proportional. Capital punishment is a matter of jurisdiction. Most of the world has stopped using capital punishment. Only some backwards states still use it. I abhor capital punishment and reject it as a method unequivocally.

say, 10 rounds max.

engineered so that you cannot quickly refill the fixed magazine.

a buyback/exchange program for existing guns with large capacity and/or removable magazines. we could ban transfer/sale of "old" guns meeting this criteria, then eventually pry them from the cold dead hands of their original owners.
