Why are all the elected Republicans in bed with Russia?

Russia spent millions of dollars to defeat Hillary. It wasn't personal. The problem is that she understood the threat they pose to the whole world.

Can someone explain to me what the pay off is for the Republican Party. What is the new world order that they seek?
