The scathing indictment unsealed Friday by special counsel Robert Mueller outlines a multi-state scheme to influence the outcome of the 2016 presidential election. But the document makes clear that the operation in Florida, the nations largest swing state, was in a class by itself, Politico reports.
The indictment is packed with details of how Russian nationals duped Donald Trump campaign volunteers and grass-roots organizations in Florida into holding rallies they organized and helped fund with foreign cash During the heat of the 2016 race, Trump campaign officials in Florida said they were surprised by all the grass-roots support for the president which seemed entirely organic at the time.

(49,043 posts)He didn't want to be President; certainly did not want to do the work and does not do the job.
Never forget, Hillary Clinton won the Presidential vote by three million votes but had the Electoral College stolen.
Trump is the Minority President.

(24,654 posts)And hot.
I knew something was wrong in our state when I saw these rallies unfold. But I cannot count the number of people who disagreed and said things like "nah, doesn't surprise me he's got a huge base here."
I knew something was wrong election night when the numbers just didn't make sense as the precincts reported in.
This should enrage every Floridian (and American) who cares about living in a well-functioning democracy.

(23,156 posts)When the numbers of votes from Broward and Hialeah counties were much lower than expected and those of the small rural counties soooo much higher than usual, I knew the vote was rigged on election night.

he either was the co-conspirator or the one that gave the order to rig the election and or both...America was bamboozled by a treasoness conman who really believes that he's above the law. An unqualified racist sexual predator know nothing nitwit is now occupying our house...it's simply unfathomable, yet there he sits.....unequvibly he knew, knows and frankly thought he could get away with it.

(17,962 posts)that shit gibbon is running away from as fast as he can.....illegitimate. The general narrative changed drastically Friday afternoon. From allegations, possibles, witch hunts, wait and see and no evidence......to YES, the Russians did interfere in the 16 election FOR shit gibbon, with evidence strong enough to pass muster with a federal grand jury. Illegitimate is but a small logical step away. Total game changer AND more importantly, Mueller is now kryptonite. Now, no one can touch him, without obstructing justice and looking guilty as hell doing it.

(1,649 posts)We would have a new election as soon as one could be organized. On paper ballots.

(37,162 posts)... cause in a rational world the Republicans would have remained rational and relegated conservatives to ranting in looney bins and grousing in country club bars.
