membership mail from the NRA - but he never joined. I think most of their membership is fake. They only exist to do the bidding of the gun industry.

We don't even understand this cult.

Now, you have a very big country with various geographical and social factors.

There is certainly a need in some areas to guns. Not the military type.

As far as I know, it is not this kind of population responsible of the mass shooting.

They happened in towns, generally with a medium or high population density. In other words in areas where there is no need to weapons of any kind.

I don't think you have to fear a bear attack or another wild animal in NY, Atlanta, San Francisco or in any mega city. Unless if escaped from a zoo or circus, but that's another story.

So, from what are NRA supporters protecting themselves ?

to proper gun control, then they need to stand up and set themselves apart from the NRA. Give people an alternative.

But I feel a higher number of educated persons in blue states.

As if, for republicans, education is not important. Or worse, because it is easier to manipulate uneducated people ?
