I have lost count of the number of times the word "unprecedented" has been used by the news media to describe the actions of this administration. What can be done to make the traditions, norms and unwritten rules of behavior that in the past have guided our democracy into actual requirements with accountability?

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution.
The problem is compelling Congress to do its Constitutional duty.

Trump will utterly debase the office and it will never be far enough for the GOP to act.
Power is that important; look how they treated Obama.
