Richard Painter: Al Franken should run for Governor of Minnesota.

We all now know that Franken was attacked by Russians and unfairly kicked out of the Senate.

Unless we really want a return of T-Paw (and his masterful budgeting skills) this is a good way to go if he is willing.https://www.gomn.com/news/former-bush-lawyer-calls-on-franken-to-run-for-governor-slams-blue-dog-dems … via @GoMNNews

I think he has too much integrity to go back on his word. Frankly I'd like to see him on a presidential ticket, top or bottom. Governor wouldn't be bad, though.

All I know is that we need him back in some higher office. He's too strong to lose altogether.
