When the form head of the CIA comes out of the shadows to speak on national TV, I pay attention. What John Brennan had to say and, even more importantly, what he particularly did not say, made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up even further.

Didn't pull any punches. We've gone from a dysfunctional to a nonfunctional White House. I've been trying to imagine what happens in that vacuum when the moment comes that we need a functional executive branch. This is an extremely dangerous situation.
