I had my Social Security number used by an "undocumented worker"- (illegal immygrunt who committed identity theft)- and he filed his tax return under my name and number before I did one year.

I faced tax fraud charges and it only took me 15 months and over $5K in legal fees to get that situation straight with the IRS.

Frankly, I was not upset when he was deported (for the 3rd time).

He's now living in California...
