I knew it had to be something simple/stupid that created this hell we are living through. Obsession.

Fuck face was obsessed with building a tower in Russia and the sanctions ruined his plans. Trump spent years kissing the asses of Russians to make his dream come true. They set him up, Kompromat. Thats why he never says anything bad about Putin. Trump has been obsessed with removing the sanctions that were put in place in 2014 and the ones Obama put in place. Thats why he hates Obama. Thats why he had all these idiots running around trying to set up secret meetings with Russians

I don't know what other countries were involved in putting in place the sanctions, but if you think about, Trump has always been angry with countries like Germany. Trump is all about revenge.

Putin has the goods on Trump and so does Mueller. This is not going to end well for Trump and all the idiots who did his bidding.

10. And wouldn't it be ironic if this is what gets him?

As Mika was saying this morning, the Stormy Daniels situation is far worse (for tRump) than those allegations of sexual harassment by the 23+ women because there are photos, payoffs through a conduit set up by his attorney, non-disclosure agreement (which turns out to be invalid because tRump wouldn't sign his name to it), and purported "other" proof of the affair. It would be beautiful to believe that the rethugs would get a taste for themselves of what they did to Clinton because of an inconvenient Blue Dress. But I don't hold my breath waiting for it to happen either.

into. He's going to probably end up being undone because he didn't bother to sign one of his forced nda's. The republicans will never show any shame over anything. They simply don't care what kind of evil their representatives get into.

The only time anything matters is when they can pin it on the other guy. Look at how Franken was run out on a rail while Greitens, and his blackmailing momo self, has now been indicted but is still refusing to leave. Think his party is going to hold him to any sort of accountability? Nah, they'll let him hang around until the public forces him out.

However, now that that the republicans have shown their entire ass; they have effectively cut their own legs off. I'm not saying we go out there and act scummy like they do, but we can actually let do process take its course now. You know, rather than running around trying to stop republican crowing.

Every attack they can level can now be counter punched with how they have acted the last few years. We must hold our own accountable for their failings, but any pressure from the republican side about anything is now completely mute.

4. They have seen fascists way more upfront and personal than we have.

They know the terrible danger to the world orange assface, Putin's puppet, represents and are scared and appalled, with excellent reason.

That's part of it.

Tillerson and Putin had a $500 Billion oil deal in place that Obama and Hillary (as SoS) killed. That gave Putin the will to do it, although he'd been setting it up well before that happened.

Also, do not underestimate the Russian Olympic doping scandal's role in this. Putin was directly involved in that program and athletics are near and dear to his heart. This was a humiliation for him on the global stage and the US played a the hand in that, giving doping program's director asylum and helping him expose the program.

6. Mother Jones has a good article about this.

Most of it has been reported before. The mother jones article ties it all up. Its very believable. Its all about money, building monuments to himself, revenge, etc. The sanctions fucked up Trumps plans. Russia targeted Trump. Kompromat.

7. tRumps special blend of narcissism and other psychological issues probably made him ripe for
Thu Mar 8, 2018, 12:14 PM

the picking by Putin and anyone else who wanted to use him for their projects. His personal wishes and oversized ego were driving him to do something big. His propensity to think he is the smartest guy in the room, maybe the world, made him decide he could outsmart everyone, including our best international security gurus. He talks a big line and never admits a mistake. Putin figured him out over time and knew exactly how to play tRump. He is still playing him with recent talk of his genius. When I heard that Putin had been praising tRump, my first thought was, “What more does he want from him?” All it takes to get tRump to do your bidding is to sing his praises and especially to butter him up by suggesting he is brilliant.

But tRump’s quirks and traits are what will bring his undoing. He has over estimated his intelligence and savvy about nearly everything. He has massively underestimated the grit and determination of a guy like Mueller to follow every lead, check out every thread in this tangled web of deceit, lies and traitorous acts. tRump’s personality (and psychological quirks) got him where he is , but will ultimately take him down.

9. I'm more afraid this isn't going to "end well" for the citizens of this country.

Mueller and others can have everything they need to prosecute tRump and his collaborationists from here to the outer reaches of the universe, but if the rethuglican congress refuses to do the right thing, we're all doomed to revert back to the era of the old feudal systems worldwide. And let's face it, as painful and as frightening as it is: these rethugs - most of them in any event - were and are in collusion with him and his cohorts. They've received money from the Russians, i.e./aka, Putin and in turn, Putin and the oligarchs have the goods on them just as much as they have them on the Trump crime family.
