One of the biggest disappointments of my political life was his behavior while Elizabeth was dying. I had seen her at a rally in Pensacola when she was still campaigning for him. I thought so highly of her. I Stood on the tarmac at the local airport to see him appear the night before the election in 2004. Cheered for him and even shook his hand. When the story came out of his affair and the child that resulted from that affair, I was stunned and disappointed to the point of complete disgust.

So if Prince thinks that he will make himself look better by trying to explain how he got tangled up in an affair while his wife lay dying, he might want to rethink that strategy.
