Are they giving the teachers "throw down" weapons to plant on the bodies to protect the schools from lawsuits? What do the insurance companies have to say about their increased liability?

Also, what sort of liability insurance will everyone be carrying, just in case - and I know it'll never happen, probably - one of those Keep Our Kids Safe bullets finds its way into the body of a more or less innocent person? Or does the bill just exempt all the teachers, custodians, administrators, and mischievous kids from responsibility?
