Stormy Daniels' lawyer on Trump's latest legal move: "#notwellthoughtout #sloppy #checkmate"

Three tweets tonight from Michael Avenatti on Trump's latest move to silence Stormy Daniels ( https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-03-16/trump-moves-stormy-daniels-lawsuit-to-federal-court ):

The filing today is yet another bullying tactic from the president and Mr. Cohen. They are now attempting to remove this case to federal ct in order to increase their chances that the matter will be decided in private arbitration, thus hiding the truth from the public.

The fact that a sitting president is pursuing over $20M in bogus 'damages' against a private citizen, who is only trying to tell the public what really happened, is remarkable. Likely unprecedented in our history. We are NOT going away and we will NOT be intimidated. #basta

How can President Donald Trump seek $20 million in damages against my client based on an agreement that he and Mr. Cohen claim Mr. Trump never was a party to and knew nothing about? #notwellthoughtout #sloppy #checkmate

He intentionally makes going after him so expensive and so hard, that some drop the suit. but he only quits when it becomes clear he will lose, and often then settles.
