It's share price is down less than 4 points, from 176.46 on Friday to around 173 currently.
Given that FB's share price was under 140 a year ago, I don't think investors are jumping out of windows.

Stocks tumble in afternoon trading, dragged down by shares of Facebook and technology giants
The Dow Jones industrial average has dropped 1.7 percent and the tech-heavy Nasdaq plummeted 2.5 percent in afternoon trading.
Facebook saw its stock fall about 7 percent. The social media giant came under heavy fire from lawmakers in the United States and Britain over the weekend after news reports raised questions about whether it allowed third-party developers to access the data of users without their permission a potential violation of its privacy agreement with the U.S. government.
This is a developing story. It will be updated.

IIRC, the futures were down pretty steeply this morning so this was not unexpected and could obviously recover by the end of the day but we shall see!

The average user has no idea how complete of a psychological profile Facebook has on them and who they sell it to and how it is then used.
