(4,079 posts)While they weren't exactly "wars" we did some reasonable work--militarily speaking--in Kosovo in the nineties and arguably in Egypt last year. I know they don't exactly count as "wins" and they were both part of a much larger effort that included many other nations, but in my opinion that is how our military *should* be used. Just my two cents.
