I grew up in Europe

We never had to worry about having to have a march like we did today...simple solution, shut down the NRA (a terrorist organization)

benefit financially from their existence. When it becomes a political liability that outweighs the financial benefit, the NRA will be finished. Not before.

Fortunately, we are well on our way to that.

Our situation is the product of goverment and industry being a cyclical self-fulfilling prophesy. Anyone surprised by that fact is currently being profoundly educated about that integration.

The marches you saw today (or participated in!) are the latent buffers put in place by our Founding Fathers to muster against the great and nefarious industrial lobby and the luster of the prospects of greed and power.

As a country, community and society we are at a reckoning.

Do we continue to whore ourselves to such powers as the NRA, selling ourselves short and keeping our heads down while sociopaths steal from us?

Or do we stand up and poke the fucking bear?

Today, children showed the way, and we should all be humbled for it.
