Trump claims to be suffering from Mesothelioma
President Trump has been having some lawyer troubles of late, so once again he has turned to Fox News for a personnel decision. Unable to attract a top shelf white collar criminal law firm willing to represent him, Trump came up with a brilliant plan to get a lawyer to help him with his myriad of legal problems. "I see these guy's advertising on Fox & Friends all the time" said the President, referring to the commercial for 1-800-MESO-LAW. Trump added, "the best part is that an initial consultation is free!".
The president mused that at first he thought about faking a car accident. He enjoys those commercials as well. However, since he's driven everywhere by the secret service, that would have been difficult. The president was thrown by the narrative "have you or a loved one been diagnosed with mesothelioma or lung cancer". "I thought about saying Ivanka was the one who was sick, but then I realized that there's nobody I love more than myself so I called and told them I had meso whatever".
A spokesperson from Levy Konigsberg, the firm that runs the commercials that are ubiquitous on cable television said, "we understand that the president has been having trouble finding a lawyer to help him and we do like to help people who need legal assistance." However, the spokesperson also added, "we're going to need to see some medical records before deciding if we can take his case."
