Daniels' attorney tweet-taunts the Grabber-In-Chief: "tonight is not the end - it's the beginning"

Michael Avenatti
?
@MichaelAvenatti

Note: (a) not all of our evidence will be mentioned/displayed tonight – that would be foolish; (b) we are not sure what CBS will include but we know a lot from the full interview will have to be cut bc of the time allowed; (c) tonight is not the end – it’s the beginning. #basta

The differences are:

1). Avenatti's tweets include correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation

2). Avenatti's tweets are calm, rational, well thought out and concise

3). He is displaying confidence in whatever facts he has, rather than blindly stabbing around with "many people are saying" nonsense

4). He's not "calling out" Trump, he's not engaging him. He's simply defending his client, fearlessly.

5). He knows WHO and WHAT Trump is, and is not intimidated by any of it.

This all adds up to Trump's worst nightmare.

It's so amazing to watch because we haven't seen someone as proficient as Avenatti.

Trump has got to be beside himself.

The definition of basta is an Italian word that means “enough.” An example of when you may use the word basta is when someone is filling your plate and there is enough food on it.

Kicked him out of Maricopa County Sheriff's Office in 2016 using the term - #basta - enough - to rally attention, generate enthusiasm and help boost voter registrations.

I think the interview is just to lay the groundwork for a defense based upon a motive consistent with the public interest. Just the "why" -- she wants the public to know what the President is really like, not just that she wants to profit.

"not all of our evidence will be mentioned/displayed tonight – that would be foolish"

He's right. Because if he did, Trump would immediately scramble to "lay the groundwork for a defense."

He just needs to offer some credibility regarding the existence of "evidence." He doesn't need to lay 100% of the evidence out there on Sunday, and he won't. It's going to be a taste, not the whole meal. That's the game that has to be played with Trump.

As far as I'm concerned, if she profits from it, more power to her. After all, Trump is currently profiting from being "President," emoluments clause be damned.

but they need to lay a legal predicate to break the NDA. That will be to argue the NDA is contrary to public interests.

the main goals for Ms. Daniels are MONEY and ATTENTION - please stop acting like she wants us to know what he is really like - SHE COULD HAVE DONE THAT BEFORE THE ELECTION

I'm certain she's trying to get her own TV show out of this, and it probably will happen. Wouldn't be surprised if her lawyer is already pitching it to the cable networks (or Netflix).

Her photo is plastered on every newspaper, magazine and blog for the last month and a half. The big payoff will be tonight on 60 Minutes. America is salivating.

Just sayin'

Daniels Lawyer, is the new Gerardo or maybe hes the new mensch of Taylor, whatever
he is, Trump shouldnt give a shit about him and is not worried.

Just a boring interview with a woman who said she had an affair, and
maybe a video of a lie dector test.

Heck Im not going to even follow the official thread on DU, if there is one.

That trump and the media will have a field day with this.

One can only hope, after this non event of shit happens tonight, people
will go back and discuss what Mueller is doing.

Anderson Cooper should be ashamed, CNN should let him go, for being used
by a lawyer whos trying to make his client famous.

Again this statement today was for the viewing public and no one else.

I've never blurred the lines between sex, love, and porn.

That said, when Ms. Clifford talks about her job, she sounds a lot like...Trump.

It's easy to see how the two of them "allegedly" got together.

We're all gonna know what she has to say in about 8 minutes.
