The staff seems to let people "wait" in the ER entry area just because it's cold outside. Strange to see some psycho get riled because (assumption) he sees a Muslim checking in. Many people checking in are Muslim, as are many of the hospital staff.

It was good to see the video of staff and security jumping in to restrain the assailant.

The attacker was down and restrained, and the woman surrounded and out of harm's way within 4 seconds of the punch. (Although the tape appears to be sped up a bit, it is still impressive)
