I'd say it's an expression of concern: Nugent should apologize or risk the loss of his own soul. Or integrity, if you prefer.

I thought this was addressed to the orange conman

he should have to look into the eyes of the dead and the eyes of the families that lost loved ones so some assclown could have a weapon of his choice.

and yes, nugent should have to do the same.
