If I wasn't smarter, I'd say that Trump had been reading a copy of "The Camp of the Saints"....

....that Steve Bannon had left behind in the White House.

But that would involve Trump having read a book, and we all know that's not the case.

However, I'm pretty damn sure Stephen Miller has read the book, and he was hanging out with Trump all weekend, so.....



* The Camp of the Saints is a 1973 novel by French author Jean Raspail about Europe being invaded by mass hordes of immigrants coming from India and arriving by a floatilla of boats. It's considered by most to be outrageously racist and xenophobic and is heavily promoted by those who claim "white genocide" theory. The book was reportedly a favorite of Steve Bannon as well as U.S. Rep. Steve King (R-White Nationalism).
