Sick, twisted, and so corrupt they need to come up with a new word for it.

elephant liver and cheetah testicles on the road? He was old and hunchbacked (one writer said his side was "ruptured" ). When his army won a victory, he would call his slave in for a celebratory fuck. And the emperors go downhill from there. I don't think Caligula was the worst. I think most of them were horrible men, just in unique ways.

of some demented, crazed Roman emperor quite regularly. Sometimes it seems like Nero, other times like Caligula.

Carter had 1 to Obama's 0 and Clinton tied him in terms of convictions 1 apiece.
