Did anyone else hear this??

It was on Nicolle Wallace's show this afternoon and just before they went to a break, she and a reporter were discussing Trump and sanctions, etc...

The reporter said something about Trump being angry because the sanctions were placed in the budget he recently signed. Did he not know he was signing sanctions against the oligarchs when he signed the huge budget bill?

Did someone in Congress slip that in the budget bill? Or what is the full story on this?

The bill was pushed through during a very short period - I think it was finalized with 8-12 hrs to read thousands of pages right before easter recess. No one has fessed up as to who put the sanctions in (that I heard of). I imagine it was bipartisan. The day before trump said he’d sign it, and the sanctions were revealed last minute...then trump changed his tune saying he wouldnt, but in the end signed it.
