treason. To collude with a hostile foreign power to win an election is treason. But it isn't just that - he is guilty of massive, massive corruption, of using his power as president to benefit his businesses, obstruction of justice and just generally being a sociopath.

16. NO...Trump is not a traitor guilty of Treason...

The Constitution specifically defines “Treason” as a wartime crime not simply a crime involving an American adversary at any given time.

US Constitution defines Treason as:
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

...However, Trump is a spoiled selfish racist xenophobic bigoted CON MAN who has no respect whatsoever for the rule of law & has spent decades doing business with countless others who also have no respect for the rule of law. So, it is highly likely Trump has done a lot of shady shit over the past few decades he doesn’t want the Mueller Investigation to find out about to include how close he was working with the Russians prior to & during the 2016 election.

...The very real very scary possibility is despite the fact a large majority of Americans & others KNOW TRUMP IS EXTREMELY CORRUPT Robert Mueller may not be able to build a strong case based on smoking gun evidence that implicates Trump...Or Mueller actually does find smoking gun evidence but the Republicans block its release, or release it but trash it & never hold Trump accountable!!

From everything I know from reading & listen to various podcast centered around Law a sitting POTUS can’t be indicted.
