Paul Ryan gave up on representing his constituents a long time ago.

She is right. Ryan has not held a town halls in years. He has a huge war chest. His district is gerrymandered.

Cathy Myers, a school teacher is running as one of two Dems for Ryans #WI01 seat. I would vote for Cathy in the upcoming primary if I were in her district.

Voters want a public servant who will work as hard as they do to find solutions to our problems in #WI01. That's why we're going to win in November, whether he runs or not.

...the people of the district he ran for.

They are supposed to be, but they never were. Ryan serves an entirely different set of interests.

His constituents and spit on American citizens once they cross that beltway.

I don’t know how this is all going to turn out, the damage is so vast and deep...
But it is a damned good feeling to see him quit. May he and his ilk fall even further.

People generally think things will change for the better or have a don't care attitude until things get so bad they cannot stand it anymore.
And it happens the same time as everyone else has gotten fed up
It was getting that way the last election but, Ryan had crazy guy running against him. Remember?
My husband works around a bunch of republicans.
Usually he shakes his head because those who are gop put up with so much and excuse it all.
This time is different.
