how he handles the long, hot, sticky and humid summers in DC which start earlier every year, esp. with his cosmetic routine, weight, lack of exercise and wardrobe of large, heavy suits and clothes. That requires a lot of a/c.

I honestly don't think he does though. True to form, he thinks he always knows best and that is why he looks the way he does. No hair/makeup person could possibly be THIS bad.

workout, overdoes it or is exposed to real DC heat as mentioned things could be problematic.

Age 71 and not in good shape at all, and I'm not a fitness nerd. He might not listen to a doctor as well.
