M. Avenatti has intro'd a new metaphor

I'm sure you've heard him say "don't get out ahead of our skis." Well I'm now hearing that metaphor used elsewhere. I had never heard it before Avenatti became prominent.

since it is known among skiers, clearly. But very apropos since getting ahead of your skis can easily precede a faceplant.
