Rudy Giuliani: Mr. Mueller, I'm here to negotiate an end to your investigation.

Wrong colors for him, not daring enough.

This has always been a part of RG's personality that I liked.

3. Giuliani is under his own FBI investigation so how can he get a security clearance?

The FBI was looking into possible internal leaks to Giuliani after he bragged repeatedly on Fox during the campaign that he regularly spoke with FBI agents about Hillary Clinton's case.

Now we learn that the Justice Department is about to release a report on that allegation, expected in May.

15. That depends on what he would be called to testify about

If he is a fact witness, he would have to withdraw from representation. Being engaged to represent someone does not disqualify you as a potential witness in a case when it comes to information not related to your representation. You can't be compelled to testify about privileged material against the interests of your client, but you certainly can be called to testify if you can offer testimony relevant to the case. Particularly if the testimony elicited has to do with conduct that occurred prior to being retained. You don't get knocked off the potential witness (or defendant) list just because you get hired by a party to the litigation or the subject of an investigation. It's the other way around, if he's a potential witness, he can't (or shouldn't) continue as Trump's lawyer.
