(2,904 posts)Merely buying foreclosed real estate is neither illegal nor unethical. If we try to make it more than what it is, we kind of look foolish.
That said, he his hardly investing in poor communities out of a sense of Noblesse Oblige.
I fully expect there is a lot more to this story.
