3. Just when he has the opportunityn to do the right thing.....he doesn't do it.

Corker was my Senator before I moved a few miles into another state. He continually makes noises like maybe he has grown a conscience, then he folds. He's another Lindsey Graham.
Blackburn is a complete nitwit.
