I post here these days, because we are important.

I’m glad to read your texts. I tend to isolate myself. Good to have a venue where you feel at home. I don’t really know what you mean about goggle or ending up there. Sometimes I think people put too much emphasis on the Internet for validation. You are just lovable just the way you are.

I will sometimes use the search box atop DU to see if a story has already been posted,
and it will bring up related 'Google' links.

Although I post here occasionally and sometimes on reddit my internet presence is kept pretty small. No Facebook or other social media, which I’m glad for these days.

10. Learned some stuff here.

I did look up my user name. The posts shown didn’t go very far back. I go a long time without posting and then maybe I’m stuck in bed or something and will make a few posts. I never get very many replies, but there are only the last half dozen posts shown.

I did look up yours and saw you’d done a foreign adoption. I did too but my son came from Vietnam. It looks like you live in the Portland area, so do I. I suspect Portland has a higher proportion of DUers than most places.
