He has no management style... Not one bit.

Everything he does; every decision he makes, is made up on the run..

This is Our President of the United States and he's nothing but a total embarrassment

These 4 words seem to be the central strategy of his "Management Style".
I would love to see a Montague of him saying this. He says it all the time.

It is the tell of someone who "doesn't know what is going to happen".
