It's interesting all the mud slinging about Joy Reid.

Rising star of the rising MSNBC is being attacked so soon, coincidentally after the fall of two prominent right wing propaganda hosts. I smell some borscht and vodka in the air. Lots of folks here running with it too. Attacks on Lawrence O'Donnell failed, and Rachel Maddow is simply beyond reproach. CNN has credibility issues so attacks on voices of reason have to be aimed at those who are respected. Joy Reid is one who is highly respected.

The truth offends the haters. I hope Ms. Reid gets to keep her job.

I am sure a lot of my fellow DUers look at Mysteries of the Museum. When women were able to vote for the first time, cannot remember the state, however there was a woman who believed in equality and held a meeting, she was way ahead of her time, a few men turned up and heckled her but she persevered. Eventually, as a prank, her name was on the ballot and she agreed to run. She campaigned the entire day and guess what, she won as Governor, much to the dismay of the men who pulled a prank on her. Good always trump evil! Sometimes it takes a while but good to get the better of evil, however, in present day, we are running out of time. There are some real threats out there regarding climate change, etc.

We need our leaders to understand that climate change is a huge issue rather than having a specimen (the Opposition) in the white house and the swamp rats he is filling the swamp with.
