If Dr. Ronnie Went Before A Congressional Committee And Was Under Oath - Could They.....

have asked him details about Trump's physical and the results thereof? Could they have asked him if Trump had him falsify any of the results?

I assumed when I woke up this morning that Dr. Ronnie would have withdrawn his name from the running. I was right. What tipped me off that this would be the outcome is when I heard it reported yesterday on one of the news channels that Testor (MT) reminded John Kelly that Dr. Ronnie would be under oath. I think that was a shot across the bow of TrumpCo and was the catalyst for Dr. Ronnie withdrawing his name this morning.

The waiver was likely made when he allowed Jackson to brief the press in January EffieBlack Apr 2018 #6

but on the surface it seems unlikely he could be compelled to divulge anything covered by doctor-patient confidentiality. I could be wrong.

it’s possible that, in allowing him to brief the press and public, Trump waved the doctor-patient privilege.

He could be asked if he told the truth about Trimp’s health.

I have doubts that he would allow open discourse revealing his true medical condition.

outside of what was in the report, since health information is protected. However, they certainly could have asked him questions relative to whether the VA job was dangled as an incentive to exaggerate or overstate anything in the report. By the way, compare the same doctor's written report of Obama's 2014 physical, here: https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/sites/default/files/docs/periodic_physical_press_release_june_2014.pdf
At the very end he states that Obama's health is "excellent," but there weren't any gushing comments about how he'll live to be 200. Maybe Obama didn't promise him a cabinet position.
