If he gets a large, lingering boost from the Koreas' diplomatic breakthrough, then the blue wave that might put congress in check from 2019 onward could be in trouble. Normally, the separate candidate polls would be enough, but we've heard from the orange menace himself that he'll spend a lot of time campaigning for repubs in the fall.
